Example 1: Team A has a salary of $150,000, so their buy-in is $150 ($125 to cap payout and $25 for luxury tax payout) Example 2: Team B has a salary of $160,000 and is a non-repeat offender, so their buy-in is $166.25 ($125 to cap payout and $41.25 for luxury tax payout) Example 3: Team C has a salary of $170,000 and is a repeat offender, so their buy-in is $215 ($125 to cap payout and $90 for luxury tax payout)
