We understand that league turnover will be normal and we will do our best to protect the teams in the league to keep a competitive balance and a full league at all times.
When exiting the league you do not retain any rights to recoup money already paid out in league fees.
League Owners can be replaced in the league for any of the following reasons:
- Not paying their mandatory league fees
- Repeat inactivity and violation of tanking policy
- Any cheating according to *see policy*
- League misconduct according to *see policy*
- Any owners being replaced do not guarantee to receive back any payments already made
League Owners can choose to leave the league and "sell" their team to a new owner.
- A member of the league can buy a team being sold for an agreed-upon price, however, they must give up rights to their current team and cannot regain any money paid out for that team through selling the franchise.
- Any new member buying a team and joining the league must first be approved as an owner by the Commissioner and League Managers.
- Selling your team involves you receiving your money back ($125+ depending on the time of sale and rights to future 1st round draft picks) from ____ and the new owner will pay into ____ for the following 2 seasons' salary cap ($250).
- No sale is allowed to be made past receiving your payments back and the new owner making their new league payments.
- If your team cannot find someone to take over your league payments you do not retain rights to receive back any payments already made (do not tank your team and expect any money back).
