League Payments -
Season: $125 (minimum payment, soft cap) + Luxury Tax Bill

You must always be paid out 2 years in advance to have your spot in the league.
This makes collecting luxury tax fees easier and helps protect teams if an owner disappears or decides to leave. Also if you trade one of your future 1st round picks you must pay the league minimum to the year of the pick (ie it is 22-23 season and you trade your 2025 1st round pick, you must pay for $125 for 24-25 season plus your $250 already paid, for 22-23 and 23-24 seasons).

Playoffs Runner-Up: $750
Best Overall Regular Season Record: $100

Luxury Tax Pay-Out - All payments made toward luxury tax will be paid out as follows
All-NBA 1st Team: 2% (if you own a player on real-world All-NBA 1st team at time of announcement)
Executive of the Year: 10% (best overall regular-season record for a non luxury tax-paying team)
Coach of the Year: 10% (best record improvement from previous season)
In-Season Tournament: 38% (see *in season tourney*)
Make Playoffs: 32% (split 16 ways, 2% to each team)
(ie the total league luxury tax is $1,000 All NBA 1st receives $20, EOTY receives $100, COTY receives $100, In Season Tourney Winner receives $380, and playoff teams receive $20)
Playoff teams will earn = $25 + 2% Luxury Tax
